Events & Refunds Policy

Once the ticket has been purchased, the amount will only be exchanged or returned in case of event cancellation.

In case of cancellation, the purchaser may request a refund within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the (*)Organizer, which is also the only entity responsible for reimbursement. The amount of the entrance will not be refunded in case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace or other causes of force majeure not attributable to the Organizer.

Entry to children under 4 years of age is prohibited, except in those shows indicated by the organization.

Minors up to 18 years old will be able to access the show paying the corresponding ticket, accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them, as established by law. The tutors must carry the documentation that identifies them as such.

Punctuality is requested.

At the entrance to the enclosures, the public may be subject to a registration according to the Law.

The entry of objects that may be considered dangerous by the organization or are prohibited by current regulations is not allowed.

The entrance of any type of food and drinks to the venue is also prohibited.

The Organizer does not guarantee the authenticity of the entrance, if it has not been acquired in the official points of sale, and does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or theft of the entrance.

The owner of the ticket is responsible in case of a copy of it.

The organization reserves the right to dispose of seats already sold and exchange them for others in the same or higher area.

The schedule, the dates, the schedules and the interpreters may be modified by circumstances beyond the control of the organization.

The Organizer will deny access to the facilities to the bearer if any of the following circumstances occurs:

• The entry is incomplete, amended, broken or with signs of falsification.
• The carrier manifests a violent attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence, or discrimination.
• That behaves aggressively or causes disturbances outside or in the entrance.
• Present symptoms of intoxication or of being consuming or having used drugs or narcotic substances.
